Markets: Stocks rise, dollar falls and Gold is unchanged

Let's review how the markets performed today. Overall, the risky assets such as stocks performed well with US stock indices closing higher.

All major stock indices that we follow here at Market Chart Pattern closed higher for the day with the exception of Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index, South Korea’s KOSPI and CAC40 of France which was down slightly.

Here is how the indices performed today.

S&P 500 close to new ATH and Nasdaq 100 (NDX) made new ATH

S&P 500 performed strong today and is very close new all time highs.

Dollar

Dollar is weak and closed below 97. Oversold condition might produce a bounce.

Gold

Gold remained unchanged today. Still above the trend line.
